How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Contributeenemy Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Contributeenemy Roofing
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps us keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please keep in mind that Contributeenemy Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@contributeenemy.living and include:
- Your name and how we can reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not satisfy you, you can answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
